+ Now that a "Cap and Trade" bill (or Emissions Trading bill) is working its way through Congress, its high time I figure out what it's all about. The ultimate goal is to significantly reduce the carbon emissions which are causing global warming. Here are some links for those of us now taking "Cap & Trade for Dummies."
