Have you tried to make changes in your life but struggle to make headway? The same difficult issues crop up for you again and again? Try asking your body for the answers.
At http://personal.riverusers.com/~innerguide/intro.html, Jay Mazo says:
The inner guide is the spark of God’s divinity residing in man’s soul. This spark becomes a guiding light in man’s life when it is kindled by the fire of meditation.
Yes. God’s love is amazing, so amazing. It is simply wonderful that we are intimately, intricately and infinitely connected by an unconditional, unlimited and uniting love which is miraculous, mysterious and marvelous. Never forget that. Always consult your Inner Guide, your Celestial Guide. Your Guide loves you! Find the time to consult your Inner Guide, your Celestial Guide, on a regular basis.
Breathe deeply. Breathe fully. Be still. Be silent. Be centered. Be grounded. Lighten up. Loosen up. Let go. Let God. Celebrate. Enjoy. Be glad all over. Right now, right here is a good time and place to do so. So do so. I am speaking to myself and to all humanity.
I do eleven-minute stillness breaks from time to time. Or stillness breaks of less than eleven minutes. Or stillness breaks of more than 11 minutes. The goal of this practice is Constant Prayer where we achieve a state of stillness deep within at all times and in all places. This is the way to access The Inner Guide, the Celestial Guide. Once we know what that inner state of stillness is like, the Inner Guide is always at hand … and at foot and heart and head and throughout the body.
When practicing stillness regularly, you will become more aware of all kinds of coincidences or what Karl Jung calls synchronicity. You will be more and more awake, aware and connected. You will know your purpose in life and accomplish it. It may take you a minute or 2. It may take you a month or 2. It make you a year or 2. It might even take you a decade or 2. But it will happen. It IS happening right now and right here. Pay attention and be amazed!
You may want to give your Inner Guide a name. Consult with your Inner Guide frequently. Even NOW!
