+ I'm fixated on politics for the time being but will try to turn at least some of my attention to what's far more important: the spiritual journey of the human race. As Sting said: "There is no political solution to our troubled evolution" and "We are spirits in the material world."
So, right now, please join me and ... breathe deeply. Breathe fully. Be still. Be silent. Be centered. Be grounded. Lighten up. Loosen up. Let go. Let God. Celebrate! Be glad all over!
My temporary mantra as I do this is: Obama & Biden! May God's will be done!

As is Baseball! Go Red Sox!
+ The Red Sox have clinched the AL wild card race but will not win the AL East. The Tampa Bay Rays will do that unless they completely collapse in the final weekend of the regular season. But, how sweet it is in the long Red Sox-Yankees rivalry, that the team the Red Sox eliminated last night was the Yankees!
