+ In a recent sermon I shared this Good News with the congregation:
I believe in Christ the Healer. Christ makes us whole. Christ transforms us, corrects us, motivates us, challenges us but most of all loves us just as we are. We are sinners and Christ knows it. Christ knows the power of sin, knows how it can defeat us if we don’t turn to God for help. Christ reveals the unconditional and unlimited love of God which conquers all of our fears and anxieties and addictions. I believe miracles happen. Christ is the Miracle Maker and we are united with him through Baptism and Communion. It’s wonderful. Wow! What a story!
