+ The snow has been falling for most if not all of the last 48 hours, usually on the light side or even flurries. Perhaps a foot of snow has accumulated since Saturday morning.  It is continuing to snow as of 9am today but it may be over soon.  Lake-effect snow is often very fluffy and easy to remove from streets and driveways and parking lots.  But yesterday, I found the streets of Utica quite slick and dangerous.  I hope they are better today.  There weren't any school closings in the area.
