+ At the First Presbyterian Church, Utica, NY, I lead Centering Prayer every second Sunday and now I am coordinating the Joyful Noise Cafe. So, I'm practicing what I preach. I am preaching that there are two wonderful movements renewing and revitalizing the church and other faith communities: The Joyful Silence Movement and the Joyful Noise movement. These movements are based on ancient truths which still make sense. The Bible says: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord" & "Be still and know that I am God."
